I have always loved to help out in the kitchen. I love finding new recipes to use and changing old ones. But recently I have wanted to cook quit a bit more than I have in the past. The other day I had a craving for pretzels, and not the hard little stale tasting ones that you get in a big bag at the store and can never finish before they really do go stale. I wanted one of the old Costco ones or the Mall ones. But I couldnt very well go to get one at 9 o'clock at night, so I made some from scratch. They turned out pretty good actually, 1st time I have ever even tried to make them. 
Well tonight was no different. I wanted to make something for dinner besides the same thing we always have. So I decided I would try something that my family loves but have never actually made. I made Creamy Chicken Pot Pie, from scratch. It actually turned out really good. Both my husband and daughter LOVED it!!! I might actually have to make time to do this more often! I have posted the recipes I used on the recipes page of my blog. Enjoy them if you decide you want to try them out.... If I keep going like this there will be more recipes on there to try. :)
